Oakland marathon, festival on Sunday to close streets, interrupt bus service

Oakland officials are urging those coming to their city Sunday to be aware that some major streets will be closed and bus service interrupted because of a daylong marathon and street festival.

Will they be selling the new Nike shoes there? Or giving out color TV's? Then, what are they running from/to?
