PUSD cuts 70 jobs

A week after the Pleasanton school board voted to slash more than $5.3 million in spending in anticipation of state cuts, the board made it real by eliminating 70 jobs.

WOW $600.00 dollars a month for a car allowance and smaller allowances for Principals, VP's, directors, co-ordinators and admin assistance!!! Shouldn't this money go to school programs? They don't pay me to drive to work!

perhaps YD got outslicked...they figured that you wouldn't complain if you didn't receive the $600 per month?
