My daughter, and I along with my sister and law and niece saw Tri Valleys production of Annie last Sunday. It was the best show I have seen the company do. We all loved it. It was so entertaining that time just flew by. I grew up with Annie and really wanted to share it with my daughter. She is now a huge fan too. The entire cast was really good but our favorites were the lead actors. Ms Hannigan was so funny I cried. Daddy Warbucks has a voice like butter and is so charming and strong. Grace has a beautiful voice and is so classy. The orphans were so talented and boy can they dance! Pepper who is usually older, was small and the young actress was a riot! Little Molly was quite the entertainer. Making the audience laugh with her Hannigan impression and foot stomping.
All the girls were very talented, but hands down our favorite actor was the little girl who played Annie. What a voice! That girl sure can sing. I had to keep checking the program to make sure I read it right. She is only in six grade and sings like a pro. She was very good in the role. She is really charming too. Cute as a button. My daughter and niece met her after the show and she was so friendly. She didn't rush past them and took the time to ask their names and if it was there first time seeing Annie. The girls loved her so much they went home and looked up her videos on youtube. They even want to make her a fan page. It is great to see them so excited about something other than Justin Bieber! My little girl wants to see the show again. I am half tempted to oblige her.Thank you Trivalley playhouse. This show was worth every penny.
