I started noticing the occasional cyclist riding slowly and making detailed observations of homes in my neighborhood after my neighbor was burglarized. They've ridden all the way up another neighbors 100 foot driveway and looked around on at least a couple of occasions. Keep an eye on them. You can't assume that since they're on a bicycle that they're just passing through.
