I am glad to hear that Ross is doing well... I have shopped them for years. However, the level of service at the Dublin store is far below par! I must say that I have not been in the store for 2 years but prior to that I have talked to management, was lucky enough to be there when a District and Regional Manager were there and talked to them and wrote and called the main office.
Unfortunately I never saw any improvement. The employee at the dressing room was rude and not helpful, the check out clerks were paying more attention to the other employees and their cell phones than the person they were ringing up and heaven forbid you had a return or an exchange - oh my!
Maybe with the higher profits Ross can reinvest some of the money into training their staff on customer service. I understand that Ross is not Nordstrom but regardless, people are people and everyone deserves to be treated with a warm hello and a genuine thank you.
