California first state to ban trans fat

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill Friday that made California the first state in the nation to ban trans fat in all restaurants by 2010 and bakeries by 2011.

Note the the Guv is removing another choice for the Citizens of California.

What next? Curtailment of religious choice?

What faith do you practice Choice? If you choose not to answer my question, I don't really care.

Looks like one more step towards the Nanny State. I am so glad that soon I will not have to think for myself as my government handlers will let me know what I think.
