'Suckers for St. Jude' raises money to help fight cancer

Abby Smith, Addy Mapes, and Haley Carr, fourth graders at Walnut Grove Elementary School, team up to sell lollipops, raising money to fight cancer. "Suckers for St. Jude" raised $502 on Wednesday.

Fantastic girls. You should be very proud of yourselves... we are! What an example you all are of a community of caring!!! Way to go!

These girls are so amazing. If you would like to help support their cause, please make checks out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and mail them to Walnut Grove Elementary School c/o Hilton's 4/5 Discovery Class at 1999 Harvest Rd., Pleasanton, 94566.They will also be selling otter pops after school on Wednesday where all proceeds go directly to St. Jude.
