Yes, great story Andy, you should also write fictional novels too because your little story is a jumping board to a great career in concocting the ridiculous. The paragraph on "the dunk" was priceless.

Hey, what happened to the other Foothill vs Amador basketball thread? It was one of the most interesting things here on Pleasanton Weekly! Why was it removed??

Yes, I'm very curious why the whole discussion thread was pulled. Wondering who got coerced into pulling the plug? Editors, why pull this one when there are so many other discussion threads that should've been pulled. I think someone bullied their way into the Pleasanton Weekly editor's office and made him or her pull it. Wow, where's the freedom of expression there Weekly?

We the people of the United States of Foothill...reserve the right to take our ball and go home whenever the discussion gets too tough to handle, such as the subject of the basketball varsity coach and the hiring thereof. We will, however, request that other threads remain when they target other kids outside of our school. Ya'll come back now!!

Look folks you all can tell that Pleasanton Weekly is decidedly pro-Foothill. Check out the ridiculous article written by one of the player's father. The Weekly must be very good friends with the AD over there at Foothill. Keep working hard Amador! What the coach is building over there is a great basketball program. Foothill may win some games, but they are some frustrated folks over there. [Portion removed]
