Man's body found near Valley, Case avenues Monday

Pleasanton police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man whose body was found Monday morning along an old railroad easement.

sounds like a person that went out for an early morning jog. He wasn't really dressed for the weather (cold), but a runner or jogger still wears shorts when running in the cold, whereas a homless person would likely have many layers on. Also, most joggers go out w/o ID. Maybe a single man. I say send those CSO's out into the housing development and apartment complex with pic or sketch.
