With Pleasanton Gateway coming, the view and feel of Pleasanton will be gone. Four story buildings will cause the view of the ridge to be obstructed from drivers and walkers who travel the Bernal Valley pathwways. How sad.

I think Safeway's 'Lifestyle' markets don't do anything for them unless they have pleasant workers working. All of the Safeways in the area do not have pleasant people working so I choose to go elsewhere-- 'lifestyle' environment or not.

The workers attitude reflects how they are treated by safeway. when your treated like garbage, you dont really have a reaon to be pleasant

Then you shouldn't work there, groceryboy. Any Safeway I've been in, ALL of the workers ALL complain. I think it's the culture there and unforunately-- it's allowed.

annoymous, you have no idea what you are talking about. You never worked a day for safeway so you have no right to complain or ASSume you know what you are talking about, try working rotating shifts never having two days off in a row never know when your working untill its posted 3 days before you have to work. SAFEWAY treats us like GARBABGE because they want us to quit so they can hire a bunch of no habla ENGLISH. So enjoy shopping safeway! the happiest place on earth NOT
