What happened on Santa Rita Road right before freeway exsit

There appeared to be nearly 15 police cars, a fire truck, ambulance etc. I could not tell what happened but it did not look good and I said a silent prayer as I passed by. I hope it was not as bad as it looked and that whoever was involved will be okay. Does anyone know anything about this? It appeared someone was holding/ comforting a child wrapped in a blanket. My eyes teared up and it's now all I can think about.

If prayers worked there would not have been an injured child.

Wether or not my prayers will work I will not know. However, the child did not appear injured. Though one of the child's parents could have been hurt. Whatever happened it was a tragic and sad sight.
