I am sure there have been other comments along the way about this, but I was surprised, mildly entertained, and then disgusted by this group who stood in the plaza in front of Tully's last Friday night. They used the First Amendment as their excuse to disturb the peace and create alot of stress by yelling and holding provocative signs. Of course every teenager in a 10 mile radius networked via their IPhones about it and showed up to create more drama. Cant the First Amendment be permitted without letting people intimidate and yell and disturb everyone else. And I counted at least 6 police that had to be around when they could have been elsewhere.
