Leading the 'Y' into the future

To parents and students, it may seem like any other summer for the Tri-Valley YMCA as it plans to kick off its summer program of day camps here in Pleasanton next week, but the organization actually underwent a major change last year when Executive Director Kimiko Leong moved on to other opportunities and Kelly O'Lague Dulka was named to the position. Dulka assumed the role in August of last year, making this her first summer with the organization.

I heard that they have a very low staff retention due to poor management. Kimiko Leong never had issues with her staffing. Check the track record of staff...they constantly oil the revolving doors at Tri-Valley!

Isn't this Dulka lady the one who people talked when the center first closed?

This would be the same woman that single-handedly brought down the YMCA Child Care Center and had more than 8 staff quiting within a few months. Stong family...Strong community....I think not.

they have built what they want. they dont even live in the community to know its needs.

the middle school programs are worse than babysitting and the staff is very "open" to abuse their powers.
