Looks like these brothers were released from jail.

See: Web Link

I hope the PPD can build a good case to lock them up.

You mean they were making meth in the early '80s? Damn, these guys were ahead of the times!

Who screwed up here, the police or the D. A.?

No way of knowing if someone screwed up - but it seems a shame to arrest someone, then not file.

Possible they hope that the accused will do something.

For Example, if they see him loading evidence to get rid of, that could make the case, or lead to others.

Now! Now! Innocent until proven guilty. Maybe they were trying to develop a new cure for the common cold. Oh, that's right the goverment did that one before and we call it LSD. Who said that "they were before their time" ? Crank has been around for along time in many different forms and in main stream teen hands before the 80's. Ask anyone 50 and up that lived in some place other than Disneyland (Pleasanton)

I like how everyone calls meth an epidemic/plague/whatever that is killing our children. Seriously, only 0.01% of the nation actually uses meth. It's not a big deal.
