Accident near Downtown?

My daughter & I thought we saw paramedics pulling a gurney up from the creek near Main St. but I haven't seen any news about it? Anyone know what happened?

I saw stuff in front of Blue Agave, but there was no accident. Looked like someone needed medical attention. The ambulance and fire truck just took up most of Main Street.
