What ever Redcoats wants to do is fine with me. Because I will not eat there again. The food is not great, and the service is so bad. You know when a place is in trouble financial when they are trying to do anything they can to get business. We call that the Blue Light Special instead of the Blue Plate Special. Cheers.

I agree, this place isn't that great for food or drinks, but I want it to succeed because I want more places downtown to go to.

And it's tough to say that they're looking for more nights because they're hurting or if it's because they're doing well and want to add to it. Either way, granting them the extra nights is reasonable and any business owner would want the same courtesy if they opened up something downtown.

So why did this take four months? Because the City Council likes to duplicate the work done by the Planning Commission. And the PDA wonders why things take so long!

The food is awesome! You just didnt order the right thing. The Redcoats is a great place to go and get a drink and just hang out. I'm glad the music got approved!

Went there twice not good either time, food is at best average. At least it has a good name.

IMHO - whether great or just good food, we still need places like this downtown to enjoy an evening out. We love our hometown but the downtown area can get dull/boring at times.

We enjoyed the patio over the summer and the food was OK. I hope people give the restaurant feedback so they have an opportunity to improve their menu. We definitely want restaurants with entertainment to succeed in our downtown!!! Thank you City Council for approving the music so we can have a vibrant and thriving downtown.
