Bicyclist hit on Greenwood Near HPMS.

Last night I came upon an accident on Greenwood at about 5:30 pm. I saw a helmet on the ground and a bicycle twisted up underneath a white truck. Does anyone have any idea what happened or if the person is OK? It has been with me all day....
