THE INEVITABLE PHASE OF FEAR BEFORE RECOVERY

Original post made by Michael on Jul 29, 2009

Warren Buffet was recently on TV giving his opinions on the state of union. He started by saying that we are in the middle of an economic war and that inevitably brings about fear. In turn, fear leads to confusion and confusion leads to irrational thinking. The only way around this is to reduce the confusion so fear and irrational thinking can subside. The other point was that America's economic future is very bright. The cause of the current dismay is "unwarranted leverage" that by definition collapses when the gas runs out ... BUT! The fact that America's business is business ... well, we still do that very well. He ends by saying our children will have it better than we did and their children will have it better than they will. What's my point: We're in the phase of "irrational thinking". We've lost our balance and in many ways we've lost our "comfort foods" of relative and sometimes unwarranted luxury ... I agree with Warren Buffet ... it's only a matter of time for American business to re-invent and innovate itself back to productivity. We really don't want a civil war ... we really don't want to do harm to those in office ... and we certainly don't want to lose basic freedoms, especially the Freedom of Speech. Only in America can a Town Square forum like this exist. Controversy in a family is inevitable. Conflict in America is inevitable. Still, I vote for America and yes, some of the dysfunctional attributes that come along with it.

Michael: Thank you for your post. However I am not clear who you are referring to when you say "WE do not want a civil war, to lose freedoms, etc." If you are referring to the general US population, I would agree.

However, if you have been studying Obama and his major influencers of Alinksy, the Cloward-Piven Strategy, Ayres, Wright, George Soros, Chicago's political machine, ACORN, and the dictators he seems to favor like Chavez, Castro, and others...my STRONG belief is that Obama INTENDS for the US to spiral into CHAOS because that would benefit HIM; he would gain even more control over the country.

He is following the Cloward Piven Strategy 100% which is intended to bring chaos to the country.

Jeff

Thank you for your response, especially when you say "If you are referring to the general US population. I would agree". I would like to ask a serious question: Is it possible for anyone, including Obama, terrorists or any group/person willing to do harm to America, to pierce the veil of the American public, even with the differences within our population? My thought is that over time any cancer will be expunged regardless of its manipulative powers Now, am I wrong, naive, stupid or idealistic? My point is that our systems of freedom make it difficult for culprits of any type to get off for long (Madoff, Mafia, Al Quieda, common criminals, etc.) ... I am very open to feedback ... I would like to think we are a great country ... hummmm! I hope I'm not a cornball in my thinking process.
