Too bad we don't have Bush/McCain/Palin in there. They'd just send $750 Billion to their best friends. No strings attached! That's real stimulus.

Love Palin,

FINALLY - you get it! I had almost given up on you.

See, Bush would've given it to his "best friends"...aka...businesses in the form of capital gains tax reductions and other tax relief. This in turn opens businesses up to hire people. This is the problem in having an "academic" in the White House and someone without ANY executive experience. Palin? Well, at LEAST she has that!

See, you jobs are the key to turning things around. Decimate the private sector and you are left with...you got it! NO tax base for all the social programs and government interventions that work so well! Isn't that the problemo in CA? YEP!

So glad you are finally on board. At some point this economy is going to hurt you enough from the decisions that B.O. has made, that the pain of staying the same will motivate you to change your mind for real. Unless you are into personal pain. Nevermind...

Supply side economics isn't that hard to learn - start slow and even you can learn how important it is to get this right - regardless of how much venom you'd spew up if a conservative got in office. At least you'll have your liberties and can give your money away any way you like!

Here's to real CHANGE! That is, mine in my pocket when a conservative finally rescues us!! :)

I actually hope he does it and it might just finish off the hopes of liberals in next years house and senate elections. See the latest Rasmussan poll which not only shows Obama with a -3% negative but also for the first time in 3 years the Republicans holding a 2% favorable reading over the democrats. This looks like Jimmy Carter all over again.

Thanks for another bitter right-wing post Pedro. Now go back to worshipping the GW Bush poster in your bedroom.

I actually saw Biden's interview yesterday and Obama's this morning from Moscow and honestly it appears that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Biden says the economy is going even further in the wrong direction and more stimulus is needed and that they made a mistake. Obama says Biden basically mispoke and there are signs that things are moving but possibly another stimulus package may be needed and the CBO says only 7% of the first stimulus money has even been spent. These guys are clueless.

Hi Pedro,

I know you're one of my biggest fans and you watch tons of Fox News, but would stop stealing all my material and posting on the TownSquare Forum! I talked to Rush, and he feels the same way.

Thanks,

Sean Hannity

I hated Bush and I hate Obama even more. He makes me sick at my stomach.

So,

It only took 6 months for the rest of the country to put the puzzle together...

No one said that Liberals were the sharpest knives in the drawer and while they continue to hold vigil that Terabama gets this right, at least the Independents have figured it out.

Oh, I get it, TARP was really just a tax cut. So we tax everyone, then take the tax dollars and give them to wealthy investment bankers (AIG, Bear Stearns, Countywide Financial ... ), and they create jobs! Wow, AIG must be a regular job machine by now with $180 Billion to them alone.

I didn't know that was how supply side economics works. So I guess we need TARP 2 with another $750 Billion in tax dollars going to failed financial companies so they can create even more jobs. Am I missing something here? Is that the way Bush/McCain/Palin would have done it?

Love Palin,

Here is your hero Obama's opinion of TARP. He was all for it and campaigned for it as did his economic advisor Larry Summers.
