2 men charged in sniper shootings along I-680 in Fremont

Two men were charged Friday with multiple counts of assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism in connection with a series of highway shootings in Fremont over the last month, according to Alameda County Deputy District Attorney Danielle London.

Based on these charges and the fact they have never been arrested before it will be shocking if either does any time at all.
