Melantha Snider Rice was a bully in school. She tortured many of us and recently a lot of us sat around and reminisced about what an affect it had on us growing up and still does. I hope she did a better job of raising her kids than what she was. A bully. Thankfully kids nowadays are watched closely with bullying, but recently a new reports of a bullied boy who killed himself was on CNN and when I hear those I always think of her and how she tortured me in shcool.

A bully is someone who is being bullied by someone else. A child bully is likely being bullied by an adult, usually a parent. I bet you could have a heart to heart with someone who was a child bully and find out they went through some trauma themselves. Bullying in school in no way should ever be tolerated.

It might be helpful for you to tell her how her behavior hurt you.

She may deny it but you might feel better telling her. If not in person, then consider snail mail.

If she is as cool as this article makes her out to be, she might apologize to you.

If she is a mature adult, she might welcome what you have to say.
