9% budget cuts versus 4%?! I thought Casey said this is the worse he's seen it in 17 years.

This demonstrates that PUSD has been fishing for this pot of discretionary money for many years before the State budget crisis. It is a good thing they did not get it then or they would have already spent it and still be coming back to the taxpayers for more.
