Is there some reason why the mayor's head is on McGovern's body? I was trying to figure out why the picture looked so odd when I looked at the pictures I took last night and realized that the mayor was sitting next to Cook-Kallio and Sullivan and Thorne was sitting next to McGovern!

Maybe they switched seats. When I saw the carriage go by (further down the street), McGovern was indeed sitting where Hosterman is in the photo, but wasn't she wearing a white or cream-colored scarf and a bulkier red coat?
