I'm pretty sure there was a comment regarding this that accurately states long lines and minuscule amounts poured, but somehow that post has been deleted. How does this fit under Gina Channell-Allen comments on another posting as; "We have edited out comments that are inappropriate, speculative and unverified. And we will continue to do so"?

Dave,

The small servings promote sensible eating and responsible fun. With the nation suffering from dangerous levels of obesity, I'm proud to see Pleasanton working to stem the insidious and ever-growing tide of calorie abuse.

I have no issue with the Wine Stroll itself. My question was directed to Gina Channell-Allen wondering on what basis a posting regarding the stroll was deleted.

Dave,

PW staff editorial behavior may appear erratic at times, but it's actually highly consistent. Your post will be deleted if it is deemed racist, hateful, off topic, gratuitously argumentative, if it points out careless or incompetent editorial mistakes, or if it is critical about an event being carried as 'sponsored coverage'.

Avoid these poster 'no-nos' and I can assure you that deleted posts will become a thing of the past.

Mike
