Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-Dublin) will hold an outdoor news conference in downtown Hayward today to announce that he is introducing his first bill on the Hill, called the Main Street Revival Act.

Just because you allow them to defer the payroll tax, does not mean it's not owed. Smart business owners will still run the business conservatively, especially within this state, due to taxes, regulations and so called 'fees'. Then add all the fed BS on top of that. Though this is noble, I do not see how this will spur any long term economic growth.
