'Rent' performance at 8 p.m. tonight at Pleasanton's Firehouse Arts Center

"Rent," which features rockin' music and energized, evocative dancing, is at the Firehouse Arts Center in Pleasanton at 8 p.m. tonight and through weekends until next Sunday, Feb. 10.

I was lucky enough to see the 'Full Monty' at Bankhead this closing weekend. Fabulous, raw, and much fun. Julia Etzel's vocals were incredible. Her voice has enough power for Broadway.

We are fortunate to have a plethora of entertainment choices within reach.
