Water agencies ordered to enforce statewide restrictions

A state agency Thursday ordered local water agencies to enforce mandatory statewide water restrictions implemented because of California's
severe drought.

And just how do they plan on enforcing these new mandates? Will Water Nazi's be patrolling neighborhoods? Are we supposed to rat out our neighbors? Will drones be flying overhead peering into our backyards? I'm all for other people conserving water (I can't be bothered) but I can see this all becoming very Gestapo like.
