Weekly opens Mother-Daughter Lookalike Contest

With Mother's Day right around the corner, the Pleasanton Weekly is launching its annual Mother-Daughter Lookalike Contest. First-place prizes are four tickets to the Alameda County Fair and $50 cash, and second-place prizes are two fair tickets and $25 cash.

If there is going to be another mother/daughter contest next year, editors, can you please be more specific on picture requirements? Like what you want the picture to be pixel wise, not just "300 dpi".. Most very good cameras cannot do 300 dpi, but sizing matters the most. Please consider this so that this contest will be available to all Pleasanton citizens, and not limited to those who can have picture taken at photo studio in order to fulfill the requirements for the contest. Just a thought.
