What's the ncs regulations on current varsity hs school players playing in the Ryan Gordon alumni game? I was at the game and noticed them participating. From my understanding they are not supposed to be involved in a sanctioned event with referees.

Not sure what you mean by "sanctioned". The Alumni Games are considered scrimmages, fundraisers. The referees volunteer their time, they are not paid. Current players from both schools have sometimes played (for practice) so that there can be full teams on the field.
