To participate in the program, a student needs to be entering his or her sophomore –Senior Year in high school in the fall and have completed a second year of Spanish by the end of this school year. The cultural exchange is an enriching experience for students and their families. This experience can apply as community service graduation requirements in most instances and is an excellent experience to enhance any potential college entrance portfolio as well. Teens and their parents are invited to attend the informational sessions to learn more. The application and selection process will be explained. More information about the exchange program can be found on Pleasanton Tulancingo Sister City Association's website at ptsca.org .If you have other questions or would like to recommend a student, please email annangst@sbcglobal.net or call at 925 600-7941.
