Mama Rosa next to Trader Joe's is closed?

Original post made by Food on Jan 10, 2014

Does this mean I can use their parking space to shop at Trader Joe's now?

heard the food was good at that place.

2nd restaurant in a row to close.(bakers square prior?) Bad location does not help much.

Parking in that area is crazy- way too congested and not easy to find a spot or get out of a spot.
Also very dangerous for a pedestrian to get to that location. (would be nice if they had a walkway on the trader joe side of santa rita.

Would be nice if they moved. That space was never designed for a small grocery store. They blew a chance to move into the new Walmart location. Same owners of the El Balazo witch has opened and closed 5 times. Always parking in the business park

The property owner should do us all a favor and tear the building down and make a parking lot.

TGIFriday's sits empty at the next Santa Rita corner. That lot has Fresh & Easy in Southern 'Rosewood' Easy in and out, a light across to Northern (cvs) Rosewood lot, and always plenty of parking. That front TGI site of corner is great for restaurants.

Either a krispy cream or Dunkin doughnuts would be a big hit at that former TGIF location, but of course dorkbucks would probably get it 1st.
