Former Leftist David Horowitz: "The Communist Party is the Democrat Party"

Original post made by inform yourself on Nov 13, 2013

In a recent speech, Horowitz said "We (the US) are in reach of a totalitarian state in this country...These are very dark days for this country."

I have a great deal of respect for this man because he knows first-hand what it is like to be part of the American Communist party. His parents were card-carrying members and he followed their path for many years. Then he saw the light and is now trying to warn America.

He raises the red flag to others ... including well-meaning democrats who don't fully realize the negative impact of their support for this party.

In his speech and his new book entitled "The Black Book of the American Left" he states very directly that "The Communist Party have taken over the Democrat Party."

I think that Mr. Horowitz looks coo-coo:

Cholos best effort to denunciate this gentleman is to cite the Louisiana 'Justice' Institute in his weblink. They are another community organization front borne out of the same mold as community agitator Barack Hussein Obama, further validating the point of this topic.
Glad to see our dear leaders chickens coming home to roost.

Clearly Mr. Horowitz is mentally ill. I have 2 very smart and well educated mentally ill people in my family. They could write books about their delusions and disconnected thought processes too. I'm sorry Mr. Horowitz has this disease, it's rough. I hope he gets some help. I can't imagine why this would be considered newsworthy though.

'mental' is the sick one!!! He obviously doesn't know Mr Horowitz. I do and have met and chatted several times. He is a published author and starting 20 years ago has his own think tank.

It boils down to whether or not one thinks a vicious race-baiter and hate-mongering bigot is mentally ill or not. Thanks for the link, Cholo.

Mr. Slippers, any proof of your hateful and baseless accusation? I thought not....Still not over being bullied in grammar school? So sad.

For those who have not read the source link, here is a summary of what Mr. Horowitz says are the "four features of the leftist mentality."

1. The left believes that human beings are inherently good
2. The left are characterized by the belief that 'history is a forward march.'
3. The left is characterized by 'alienation from this country.' Like Hitler and Mao.
4. The left 'lie.'

There you go. It's so simple. I can't believe this wasn't taught in college.

"3. The left is characterized by 'alienation from this country.' Like Hitler and Mao."

Hilter was a fascist. Mao was a communist. Fascism is the primacy of the state. Communism is the primacy of the people. They are opposite philosophies.

Now I am really confused.

I have the book Radical Son, written by David Horowitz. He's Jewish, and tells of the Jewish turmoil and communist/socialist activists in the US in 30s, 40s, 50s. He saw it from the inside his family.
He is a Libertarian, in the likes of Larry Elder.
It's is painful to read the diatribe from stupid partisans on this site.

Hitler? Mao? Communism? Fascism? Different? The Same? Who cares? What's important is that we demonize anything and everything that is democratic (small 'd') and do so while fanning the flames of racism.

For years Horowitz tried to secure an academic position. Result? Nada. Why? It's simply very difficult for a sick, race-baiting, ideologue with mental problems to get a legitimate position in academia these days. Hell, even Liberty won't take him.

I'm Jewish, too. Does that make me an authority on Nazi Germany? The deduction is ridiculous, of course. But there is sicko who post here regularly (under various names) who is incapable of deductive logic. Rather than having his wife spoon feed him baby food, he has managed to get his hands on a computer ... and here we are!

Calling yourself Student, Mittens, or Slippers, doesn't really matter. All full of irrelevant patterned name-calling, with nothing to offer. You obviously are clueless, but his parents were part of the communist socialist-worker movement trying to grab hold in US during the 30s, (like BART unions of today).
David saw the light. I've met & talked with him at Republican events in past years.

Yes, I have no doubt that his racism and imbecilic view of political forms are things that attract you. Believe me, when you tell us you have made his acquaintance you are not impressing any of us. Are you personal friends with members of the KKK as well? Thought so. You truly have no idea how ridiculous you sound, do you?

Actually, Slippers, Mittens, Student, I'm quite comfortable with my wide range of knowledge, which apparently is much greater than yours. All you do is throw out Jr High attacks irrelevant to the discussion. Hollow, bullying tactics require no knowledge, or facts.
