I like the "pedestrian" activated crosswalks! That should make getting across town real easy during rush hour! NOT!!

May I suggest that hidden cameras be installed to help manage crime?

1. Reduce the speed limit to 30miles on Hacienda Dr.
2. Setup speed breakers (humps)

It is too bad the trail crosses Santa Rita and then Stoneridge Drive which are both so busy. Pedestrian activated crosswalks for safety are a must, but located mid-block close to a big intersection, will be back up traffic and possibly be dangerous for both bicycles, pedestrian and drivers. I hope not. Maybe an underground tunnel would have made sense????

"Pedestrians on the trail yield to horses and bicyclists and bicyclists yield to horses."

This is incorrect. Bicycles yield to pedestrians, not the other way around.
