What about the 3 million dollar Tidy Bowl Brian lawsuit? Why didn't we hear about the outcome here on Pleasanton Weekly? It wasn't in line with your usual agenda of helping pedophiles, murderers and abusers with their upcoming court cases?

That sloppy, stanky, meth smoking coward Brian Lancaster spews countless lies and threats and you don't even let the readers know that his "case" was full of holes and dismissed charge by charge! Down the drain is where you'll find it.

What happened to the tax dollar wasting, finger pointing, drug addled, Purple Heart claiming, wife threatening, spineless loser called Brian Lancaster? When he's dead let us know OK, because everyone here can use a good hearty laugh once in a while. Warms the heart and soul!

BRIAN MICHAEL LANCASTER ARRESTED 7/16/2014 Being held in San Joaquin County Jail on $800,000 bail for 6 Felonies, including Vehicle Theft, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, and Arson.

Web Link

He stole a truck and truck trailer containing 3 custom mini-buses valued at $100,000 each. He set the truck and trailer ablaze (hey, why not - it always works in the movies!) and then moved the vans into his storage unit. Was Lord DB snitched out in exchange for the $10,000 reward? Me thinks so!

Don't think these two stories are about the same guy. Cheese truck thief/arsonist different than Pleasanton case? Same name, different guy?

Same guy! He sued the mother of his children, 2 police officers, an attorney, the City of Pleasanton, and the County of Alameda in Federal court for $3,000,000 following his January 16, 2012 arrest for 2.5 grams of meth, 2 meth pipes, driving on a suspended license with no registration.

Approximately 8 months after his arrest he claimed he was "set up" by government officials and his estranged wife (who resided out of state)... and sued everyone. Judge Alsup (appointed by Clinton) threw it out of his courtroom. Lancaster promptly refiled his $3,000,000 suit in County Court.

There's a word for this type of guy and it is of the DSM-IV variety. And actually that IS verified so don't edit my comment.

Member (post from taxday): Regina's former law office is closed, its number not in service. Bar website says she did not pay dues and is ineligible to practice law. Not sure of disposition of her criminal case or specific Bar sanctions process, but it don't look good.

All jest and jabs aside; isn't it amazing how the poor choices and the actions of one mere man can destroy the entire lives of so many.

Still not convinced the cheese truck thief/arsonist and the Pleasanton case involve the same Brian Lancaster. Previous articles about the Pleasanton case list him as age 36 in 2012. This case in Rocklin lists his current age as 32.

I'm 100% sure it's the same guy.

The newspapers mixed up their ages in error. Lancaster is 38 and Monaco is 32.

Lancaster is a graduate of Village High School, 1995. He lived with his mommy and daddy on Paseo Navarro until they sold their house in April 2013 to get rid of him.

i have no need to know all the facts...nothing but the facts? ...duh

it's much more entertaining if you have a snippet of reality and then all the lies build on each other...and you tell everybody that enjoys storytelling at it's BEST show up...
not
the lying may not be intentional but it can sure spice up the news a story...

there's lots of research and i must say the truth can get boring waaaaaaay fast...boring is a big NOT! for this one...

a nice sasst story is best and seems to draw in the most fun minds

that's what reality is all about...

Heartfelt: I think it is very rarely so simple as only one guy's fault. I won't waste much empathy on Ms. Regina, for instance, or Deputy Dawg either. They weren't trapped in anyone else's web -- they were pretty good spinners all by themselves.

Esquire - there are two sides to every story. You've only been exposed to one of them, and the side you've heard is severely deficient in the truth. The other side of the story has remained silent on the issue.

One can only marvel at the utter foolishness that this alleged frog faced clown is capable of.

So three Tillamook cheese vans is as close to three million as you could allegedly get eh buddy boy? So did the PPD plant the idea in your diseased dome to go all cheezy like a fat rat?

What a trio of monkeys, no wait that's an insult to monkeys everywhere. Just a big misunderstanding actually it's only a shoot for the new Three Stooges movie with Lancaster as Curly.

Yeah, that must be it, not the biggest whining embarrassment to surface out of P-town.

Speaking of POS daddies and sons -- wonder how good old Cody Hall is liking his time at the big house. I still wish it had gone to trial, pretty sure he would be spending more than a couple of years in prison if it had.

Any news on what's up with daddie's issues? Been pretty quiet on that front for a while. They should both be locked up for life.
