Palin Blowback: Recent Ratings Turn Fox News into a Skunk

Original post made by She's been my light, Another Pleasanton neighborhood, on Jan 29, 2013

Mainstream media outlets are reporting that Fox News recently had its worst primetime ratings in the coveted 25-54 demo since August 2001, and its lowest total day ratings since June 2008.

Much of the decline has been attributed to Roger Ailes' de facto firing of Sarah Palin. "Fox News watchers are clearly disenchanted with Fox's tilt to the Left," stated media expert Dinesh D'Sousa. Others have pointed to rumors that Tea Party groups in the Deep South are planning to boycott the network.

Asked if he intended to bring Palin back and install her in one of the primetime slots, Mr. Ailes said, "I'd rather stick a corkscrew deep into my ear."

Sarah Palin, now in the midst of she is calling a highly successful bus caravan that is canvassing Athabaskan villages across the Alaskan tundra, stated that she can further the cause of personal liberty by marketing Grizzley Mom's (trademark) Eyewear to Eskimo women than again being contracted to Ailes' network. Asked about her plans in the near future, Palin alluded to the possibility of taking her caravan to the Russian tundra. "Lots of hunters and hockey moms over there, you betcha! For years I've watched them from my front porch," she added.

I think that Palin will be much happier riding around in a bus in the snow. I hope that she is happy selling goggles in Alaska.

It's cool that she thinks it's nifty that she can see Russia from her porch!

may she rest in peace...

To say Ailes fired Palin is to misunderstand that relationship. When McCain/Palin lost, Palin was viewed by GOP VIPs as a question mark: she could "energize the base," but could she do so productively and in line with GOP goals, or would she be too much of a loose cannon?

To test that out, Murdoch-owned HarperCollins gave her a $7M advance for her ghostwritten book, and Murdoch also directed Ailes to give her a three-year Fox contract for $3M. For awhile, Palin seemed to be gathering ratings, but her various inane quotes brought her down. The Murdoch experiment gathered useful data for Murdoch (re "how low can you go?") but was not worth pursuing further with Palin, so that was the end of her gravy train. Her contract was not renewed, or renewed on a super-unacceptable basis (so she could be the one to refuse).

I want to note that it is only on the blogs (plus Andrew Sullivan and several books on Palin, notably McGinniss's) that anyone acknowledges that Sarah Palin HOAXED US in the 2008 election: she was not pregnant with her Down syndrome son, as she stated. There is a ton of circumstantial evidence, but the bottom-line proof is the March 14 2008 photo of a very very flat-profile Palin, just 5 weeks before supposedly "delivering" this 6+ pound baby.

As with so many political deceptions, it's not the act but the cover-up. The mainstream media have refused to cover this story, probably because it would implicate too many GOP VIP enablers, as well as the press itself for enabling via nonreporting. This remains an important untouched issue because it shows how far Palin went to deceive us, and how far others helped with this dirty election trick.

It's not about Palin's private issues, and it's not about her family. It's about her VP candidacy, her hoaxing all us voters at the expense of a disabled child, hoping to sway a presidential election, with the help of key GOP VIP enablers.

Take a look at the Mar 14 2008 photo and decide for yourself.

Hey Al, why didn't you write in your last name = Qaida? Where's the photo, smart guy? Obviously a Down Syndrome child was born in April. There is abundent evidence that Downs Syndrome was very common in Palin's family. But instead the lamestream talks about Sarah's affairs with African American NBA players, and her son's crime that he paid off by joining the Army, her daughter's out of wedlock pregnancy, and all the torments directed at the family by the ungrateful boyfriend who ended up in Playgirl. What is conveniently forgotten in all these character assinations is that she's the best thing to come along for the Republican Party since Michael Dukakis. Fox News will continue to plumbent without her intelligence and whit.

There is NO evidence of Down syndrome running in families, certainly not in hers. All the points you give are not relevant to the hoax. Yes, there is a child, but we do not need to know more about any other member of the family to say with certainty that Palin was not pregnant with that or any child on March 14, 2008, 5 weeks before the supposed delivery of Trig, which Palin yammered on about at length.

Read more here (I bet you won't!):

Or just do a google search.

This is not about Palin's other characteristics, simply saying that she lied to us about being pregnant with this child. And other key people went along with that. That equals a hoax.

Al Qaida is just trying to derail Palin's 2016 Candidacy for President of these United States. She obviously looks plumped in the photo like she's pregnant. Many women give birth suddenly without even realizing they're pregnant. This happened to my wife's sister, who at the time was over 400 pounds I grant you. But the point is that women can be pregnant and not even realize it. Sarah Palin, so vigalently devoted to the cause of personal liberty in this imperiled democracy of ours, probably never really realized she was pregnant. Also, I heard that politicians forget about all the food they eat and end up gaining 40 pounds in a month or two on the campaign trail. So when Sarah Palin looked down at her bulging stomach she probably thought she maybe ate too many cheese danishes at her recent rallies.

Yes, pregnancies are sometimes not visible on 400-pound women. But Palin is both short AND thin. On the Mar 14 photo she has a very very flat profile. On April 13 she is the size of a watermelon.

Web Link

On April 18, she flew from Texas to Alaska, two flights, and no flight attendant noticed or gave her a seat-belt extender. So she went from flat, to huge, to not-pregnant-looking, to birth of a 6+ pounder in 5 weeks.

Palin said her amniotic fluid broke in TX at 4 AM on Apr 18. She gave a speech to the Repub Governors Assn later that day while having contractions, she said in her book. Then she got on a plane with leaking fluid. Ask your wife if this is possible.

I guess Palin's defense of personal liberty includes the right to lie to us during an election, to try to make hay on "family values" while faking a pregnancy.

All this speaks to is what a superhuman woman Sarah Palin happens to be in that she can do things that most women simply aren't capable of doing. That she does them in the patriotic cause of her country's liberty only gives further testimony to her extrordinary capabilities. Please notice two that both photos display her beautiful sun-shiney optimistic face in a quite unmistakeable manner. All the while while carrying a Downs Syndrome baby (that may grow differently than most normal fetusses). You liberal loons can lie about her all you want. And you usually do. Liberal women don't possess the powers and talents of a Sarah Palin.

Steve -- Your confidence in the superhuman woman is not going to last much longer. Palin is lying through her sun-shiney smiley face. Eventually you will see that a woman cannot grow a 6+ pound baby in 5 weeks; cannot change her shape from flat, to watermelon, to somewhere in between, to "not pregnant looking," and then deliver a baby.

In contrast to being superhuman, Palin's word salad demonstrates an inability to form a sentence under pressure, her Katie Couric interview shows she doesn't read, her college degree (5 schools in 4 yrs) is subject to doubt and has never been confirmed, she couldn't name a Supreme Court decision she liked or disliked, her house on the lake was built from materials stolen from the sports center, she left little Wasilla millions in debt, she lied about the Bridge to Nowhere -- and so much more.

But I can see that you do not want to explore the Palin reality. There are many like you. I wish you would watch "Game Change" or read up a little. But I bet you won't. And you won't look at the links I offered, not even take a short look.
