Again Mr. Wohltmann is trying to advertise the wealth of Pleasanton to every ghetto-thug in the East Bay.

Also, I don't normally agree with Mr. Wohltmann's M.O. of shaming, berating and blaming victims - but I am with him on this one - the $6,000 bike owner has little common sense to own such an expensive bicycle in the first place, and while living in an apartment no less - and he lacks the common sense to at least put it indoors. I don't believe that anyone "deserves" to get ripped off, but this guy was asking for it - I sue hope he had renter's insurance.

Finally, why the disclaimer about innocent until proven guilty? That used to go without saying, but I guess with our current president's "unique interpretation" of the Constitution, nothing is like it used to be. I guess Mr. Wohltmann is worried Dawnesha will sue for defamation cause reporting her H&M heist be rayciss.

William,

I think the fact that he is living in an apartment shows that at least has some common sense. He appears not to have bought in to that home-ownership as wealth creation nonsense.

John, I'm sorry you can't afford to own your own home. Maybe someday...in the meantime, there may be one more vacant apartment on the market soon.
