I want to see KRON's "People Behaving Badly" segment follow the Air District's inspectors around on these days when they crackdown.

If OCCUPY can illegally shut down the Port of Oakland without penalty, I should be able to burn my Yule Log without penalty.

And, if "People Behaving Badly" has some twerp along for the ride with CARB, I can pepper spray him like they should've done at the Port.

Merry Christmas everybody.

Good one, Arroyo. Quan now says the city can't keep the port from closing...too many protesting scum.
So, taking a page from the occupy play book (by Saul Alinsky), if we all light up our fireplaces, there would be no way to enforce the regulation from the agency. Light em up!
