Highway jumper identified by coroner's office

The identity of the man who jumped from the Santa Rita Road overpass onto I-580 has been released by the Alameda County Coroner's Office, although the identity of a second man, found dead in a sleeping bag, has not.

I'm kinda surprised that the unidentified dead man's so-called campsite has not been secured and/or cleaned up by P-ton Police as they have not yet determined who he is nor if the camp site is or was a crime scene...maybe I'm watchin' too much CSI?
