Regional employment essentially unchanged since July 2010, survey shows

The number of jobs in the Bay Area has remained flat over the past year, according to a U.S. Department of Labor report released last week.

If I read this correctly, job growth appeared in every sector but government, which contracted.

I'd say that this is positive improvement.
