Register for happy hour with widows, widowers

The Widows and Widowers of Northern California invite others to join them for happy hour from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, May 19, at the Sheraton Hotel, 5990 Stoneridge Mall Road. Cost is menu choice and beverage. Reservations are due today; call Marge at 828-5124.

Just wondering if anyone has been to something like this in Pleasanton. If so, what are your thoughts?

I can't seem to find the article relative to this...
Am wondering ALSO...even though I live in San Ramon...
Looking for some type of connecting, social environment...with like others!
