Repeal DADT

Original post made by mooseturd, Pleasanton Valley, on Dec 1, 2010

Today would be a good day for each of us to urge our U.S. Senate to repeal Don't Ask Don't Tell. Since our own Senators are not the problem, let each one of us email Senator McCain to let him know that he is out of step with America. Contact him here:

mooseturd, what do you mean the Senators are not the problem? Isn't there a still a Dem majority in the Senate and yet this Clinton era rule is still in place (since the 90's)? If this is so damn important, why haven't they done something sooner?
Why does a military policy have to 'in step with America'? Are you the arbiter of what is in step? What's your stake in this fight?
Dishonorable discharge?
