Safeway, Clorox plans for new jobs, development go to City Council tonight

The Pleasanton City Council, in its final meeting before the Nov. 2 municipal election, is expected to approve to measures tonight that promise to bring hundreds of new jobs and millions of dollars in development to the city next year.
