Obama does not get it!

Original post made by Pablo, Downtown, on Sep 25, 2010

Our President is so inept that he does not realize that these are not tax breaks on millionaires but rather "Obama" tax increases on the middle class or small business. Just 6 months ago he wanted taxes increases on all classes of citizens. If you are a Republican you must love this for your campaign or if you are an american you must be shaking your head.

Pablo,
Thank you for your post! However, I respectfully disagree. Obama does "get it" but is intent on the destruction of the private sector in America...and succeeding in his efforts...with the help of fellow private sector destructionists like Jerry McNerney.

Wasn't David Harmer the one who got a government TARP bailout? Think I'd rather throw in with McNerney than some bailed out Wall Street guy.

I am surpirsed that no one realizes the damage he is doing to the Democratic party. Maybe they do not care or are so in love with him tht they can not see the danger to the party.

Oh no, Pablo thinks I'm in love with the president! I'd better vote Republican from now on.

Atticus,

This non partisan analysis from major tax experts backed by solid and substantial data should have even hard core Tea Party folks liked ME thinking HARD!

This is the best and most solid summary I have read to date!

Thank You.

Atticus-your link and it's author is hardly impartial.
"David Cay Johnston is a Tax Notes columnist. The Washington Monthly calls him "one of the country's most important journalists" and the Portland Oregonian says his work is the equal of Ida Tarbell, Upton Sinclair and Lincoln Steffens. At The New York Times, Johnston received a 2001 Pulitzer Prize for exposing tax loopholes and inequities."

This guy has been writing about sticking it to successful people for years. I'm sure obama loves guys like this that help promote his class envy politics. Hardly productive, but it does serve to rile up the have nots or the will nots....
