Think McNerney's For the Private Sector? He's Voted 86% Against Chamber of Commerce Positions

Original post made by Dana on Sep 20, 2010

This may help to reveal where Jerry McNerney's true alliegance lies. Sure isn't in job creation!

Take a look at his voting record vs. Chamber of Commerce positions. On 12 of 14 bills, he's voted against the C of C.

Do you still think he's for job creation and the private sector? There is scant evidence given his anti-business voting record.

Lesismore,

Thank you for zeroing in on the problem. Less is actually not more. It is, in fact, the opposite.

But the mindset of the Teabaggers here is perfectly represented: less is more, down is up, corporations should have more rights than citizens, freedom is slavery, war is peace, etc.

Dana, according to the link you provided, McNerney has supported clean energy, reducing Medicare costs for the elderly, and better pay for minimum wage earners. You're against this why?

Honestly, you seem to just be doing a post-and-run job on this site. Are you even reading the stuff you keep linking to? Its so bizarre

Yes, and CAFE standards for cars are killing people, though traffic fatalities are at their lowest level on record. These people can't be reasoned with.

She also claimed that DDT wasn't poisonous to humans and could be eaten by the spoon full on another thread. When challenged to demonstrate personally, she pretty much disappeared from that thread to start other threads with new weird claims.

Shock! Shock!

Representative McNerney votes against the CofC... but votes in support of our veterans! Must be a socialist! Oh, wait... supports our Vets? What is going on?

Can it be that, maybe, he has a BRAIN and the the extreme right wing wing of the Republicans and "Tea Party" can't stand that!

How can a Democrat, such as Representative McNerney, have the support of local Republicans? Could they be ones that are for America?

Short Answer: they vote their heart not for an extreme ideology of the closed minded right.

BTW, I do not vote for extreme left.

DublinMike,
I see. You don't vote for the "extreme left", eh? So Nancy Pelosi is the most leftwing House Chairperson ever. Your buddy, Jerry McNerney only votes the same as her 95% of the time. Yet in your mind McNerney is not a far leftwinger? 95% is not extreme with you?!

Your credibility is shot.

Well, I'll certainly admit you've got your talking points down and you stay on message, but this isn't a tv clip, so when people ask you to defend or explain your irrational behavior, readers here want to see substantive and thoughtful responses, not endless repetition of a talking point. I wouldn't bring up "credibility" if I were you....

What a bunch of patsies. Believe a Republican, then rename it the Grand Old Patsy party. Believe a "Tea Bagger" then believe a fool swept by the money people of the Republican party and FOX News, controlled by an Australian!

You are such idiots. They played you like fools.

If your really believe in this country and are in the middle, then let's reach out to the Democrats that are like-minded like us and form the "Middle Class" party of sorts.
