This is a dangerous man. He was finally caught as of September 1st. Way to go P.D. Please pray for the poor young lady who had to go through this tragic and unforgetable experience!

This is a horrible thing and I do not wish this appon anyone.but there are two sides to every story.james is a very good hearted person,but he does have mental problems.I feel sorry for both of the families.

Does anybody have current information or more details? "James Owen" is a common name, so I am not sure if this is who I am thinking it is. Unfortunately it sounds like it very well could be...
