Why can't somebody see that this man has a problem with Alcohol and needs help, the system not working. When will this issue be taken serious by the Judges, The Court System and Legislation before it gets to this point. How many people need to die before it gets the attendtion that is needed? We also need to remember the amout money being spent on the promotion of alcohol sales and consumption which influences certain actions - Hello People Wake up
