What's With More Free Advertising for Claudette McDermott?

Original post made by Be Fair PW on Jan 29, 2010

Hey Gina, come on. The forum is for ideas and debate not endless free advertising for some of your merchants. There are presently two ads for Claudette McDermott on page one and two of the forum. She posts this stuff and limits replies to registered users in order to squash discussion.
Don't you think that your PAID advertisers deserve better?
Full disclosure -- I am not, nor have I been a paid advertiser. I just find it inappropriate to remove other posts that smack of free self promotion (I have seen at least two other merchant "ads" removed) yet allow Claudette to do this regularly.

You are absolutely correct and it's been removed. This is not a type of post we allow. I've been out of town for the past two days and haven't had easy access to a computer.

The best way to notify us of a violation of the terms of use is to hit the "objectionable comment" link, which sends an email notification directly to me and the editor. It's easier to get emails on a cell phone than check the admin side of Town Square.

Thank you.
