2.1 earthquake hits near Oakland

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting that an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.1 struck in Alameda County near Oakland Sunday night.

Can you even feel a 2.1? CA has earthquakes of this small magnitude all the time.
