How does the Health Reform work?

Original post made by US Citizen on Jul 31, 2009

Is it me or does anyone out there really understand how the Health Reform going to work? What I mean is that if someone is denied insurance or couldn't afford the premium due to pre-existing condition(s), how does the Health Reform bill work in this case? Will the taxpayer be asked to foot the differential in the premium cost? Would someone please clarify this point for the public? Moreover, if the health premium is less for someone with the same coverage, why wouldn't everyone elect that route? Isn't this equality?

First, you have to realize that because it is a plan exclusively designed and promoted by democrats, that whatever they are calling it...it means the exact opposite.

Examples:
Stimulus Plan: Means the opposite of an economic stimulus
Fairness Doctrine: Is the exact opposite of fairness because it is government censorship of talk radio.
The Employee Free Choice Act: Would severely threaten employer's opportunity to stay in business

Healthcare Reform: Is not about "health", not about "care" and not about "reform". Reform usually means "to improve" but Obama's Health Reform will make our healthcare system much much worse.

Obama's healthcare reform will be quite simple in it operation. It will be a process of "DENIAL" of service. It is a rationing process...especially with regard to SENIORS. Obama wants to shift the dollars spent on care for expensive services -- used moreso by SENIORS -- to the uninsured including illegal aliens.

Plain and simple. Rationing and denial of services. Again, it is not about "health", not about "care" and not about "reform". It is all about GOVERNMENT CONTROL over our LIVES.

Socialism. Get used to it if it passes.

Why are you asking the readers here for an explanation?? That's the job of your elected representatives. Oh, wait.. I forgot. There are 3 versions of the bill; each over 1000 pages. They haven't read it either.

Nevermind..

This has nothing to do with politics... I am simply looking for details... Why turn everything to politics... This country is pretty messed up... we can't even have a civilized conversation/discussion...

For once, let's take the HIGH ROAD and keep politics out. How will this work... be intelligent...
