It is silly to open the pool from 1 to 5 - the time when people should not be in the sun! Why not stay open until 8 pm?

The aquatic center has hours that don't make sense. Why? Is this because they cannot get people to work past 5? If it is due to budget, they should consider opening at 4 and closing at 8 instead, to avoid the worse sun of the day (1-3:30)

It's 8:43pm and I'm still in the pool. Your right resident! I'm laying on my air mattress with laptop looking up at the stars writing this blog. How could the City not of thought of your reasonable request? Oh no, have got to go,person is jumping the fence. Must collect their $1.00 before any skinny dipping allowed. Hello, are you the Resident? You are? No peeing in the pool!
